The first quarter of 2026 brought 4,308 property sales across Cyprus worth a combined €1.26 billion. Paphos was the standout performer, with 1,077 sales worth €401 million — turnover roughly double the same period last year — closing to within around 55 transactions of Limassol's total. Limassol still led on capital value at €442 million for the quarter. Larnaca recorded 995 sales worth €187 million (median apartment price around €160,000), while Nicosia saw 877 sales worth €174 million (median apartment price around €155,000), continuing to offer the lowest entry point into the Cyprus market.
