Cyprus property sales hit their strongest year since 2007

Cyprus recorded 18,114 property sale contracts in 2025, up 15% on 2024 and the strongest annual total since 2007, according to Department of Lands and Surveys figures. Every one of the island's five districts posted double-digit growth rather than gains concentrated in one or two hotspots, and the total value of property transfers for the year topped €4.7 billion.
